My own design

Usually I rely on the inspiration of others and CASE cards I like. I was very proud of myself for designing this card on my own. :) A friend requested a card for her husbands birthday, so I made this card, and then gathered all the supplies so she could make the same card today at work. Supplies needed are as follows:

Paper - So Saffron, Chocolate Chip, Whisper White and Kraft
Stamp Sets - On Your Birthday 111664 and Cheers to You 114944
Misc - 1 1/4 Chocolate Chip Striped Grosgrain Ribbon, tape runner, dimensionals, glue pens and Dazzling Diamonds glitter
Punches - 1 1/4 and 1 3/8 Square punch

Though it is really not evident in the photo, the foam on the beer has glitter on it to make it shimmer. Real men like glitter right?

Happy Stamping,
Diane

Spring Sour Cream Containers

These are some of the extra sour cream containers I had left over from a ladies night for the Lakemont Ladies Club. You can find the tutorial for the sour cream containers here on Splitcoaststampers. I used the new Shades of Spring designer paper #117160 from the occasions mini catalog. The sentiment is from Whimsical Words #118386, a stamp set you can earn free from Sale-a-bration. Don't forget Sale-a-bration contines through March 31st, so don't miss your chance to earn some free stamps!

Each sour cream container has chocolate eggs inside, but can be filled with just about any kind of candy. What about filling these containers with bird seed for weddings? Or filling with mints for a baby shower with 1 special container filled with mints and a miniature plastic baby? The person who gets the special container wins a door prize? I just love them because they are so versatile!

Happy stamping,
Diane
