Birthday Card Stamp Camp

Hello all! I had my Birthday Card Stamp Camp yesterday and wanted to share the cards we made with you. We made 5 cards total, one of which is a card I already showed you here.

The first card I have to share is a masculine card made with a stamp from Lovely as a Tree stamp set. I used Always Artichoke card stock embossed with the Vintage Wallpaper embossing folder for the base. The designer paper on the bottom is now retired, which is then layered with a piece of Very Vanilla card stock using the Eyelet Border Punch. The tree stamp was inked using stampin' write markers then stamped on Very Vanilla card stock. It was then layered on Chocolate Chip and Early Espresso. The card was finished with a corduroy button and Twill Tape for embellishment.

This next card is a CASED card from Maria Cameron. You can see her original card here. I changed 3 things on the card. First I did not have the designer paper she used so I made my own with black card stock and punched white circles. Second I used ribbon for the handles on the purses. And lastly I used an old Stampin' Up stamp from 2005 for my sentiment " To a fabulous purse-on!". Thank you Maria for the card idea. Can you guess what punch was used for the purses? ...... Build a cupcake punch!! Just way too stinkin' creative. I love it!

This card just makes me happy. And did you know it was the one that gave me the most trouble creating it? I sometimes get a creative block. I bet I sat at the table for at least an hour before I came up with this color combination. The stamp set used is a 2 step stamp set called Botanical Blooms.

The last card I have to share is a CASE of a CASE that I borrowed from my upline Penny. She was shown a copy of this card at the leadership conference this year in Nashville. When I saw it at her house I fell in love with it and it's elegance in a monochromatic card. I did not have buttons in Real Red, so I made my own out of card stock and the button die cut. I just layered 4 buttons together to create the depth.
